Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

We strongly encourage our customers to order a proof of their personalized stationery before placing their order. A proof is a digital image of your personalized stationery that allows you to see what your product will look like before it is printed. This will ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order and avoid any disappointment.

Please note that once you approve your proof and your order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. We take great care in ensuring that each personalized stationery order is produced to the highest quality and shipped out in a timely manner.

Refund policy for all other items

Thank you for shopping at Papeterya! We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

For all non-personalized items, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.

 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item arrives safely.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received. We will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
